On our made to order patterned china we will honor our supply promise under the standard replacement orders conditions.

Quality and chip warranty

Our High Alumina body is the highest standard for china durability and we promise to replace chipped plates during the first year from initial purchase if used under normal foodservice care and usage. Users should register to apply for our chip warranty up to three months from the date of purchase. We promise our chip warranty does not translates into higher prices too....
